V3K (“Vision 3000”) is an interoperable AI agent showcased on a truly decentralized Agent Store, with a unique agent ID across web2 and web3. It enables seamless discovery, resource resolution (attribution, capabilities, APIs, endpoints), agent-to-agent interaction, on-chain reputation and rating, and verification of the agent’s developer - to enhance trust, and to permit a regulatory framework that filters out bad or illegal actors.
